Adjustments may occur due to:

1. Pet Hair Removal- $60                                                    

   • Pet hair fees apply to homes with shedding pets and are based on condition at the time of service.
     This fee may be added if not selected during booking.

2. Additional Rooms

   • Fee: $30— Applies to rooms not listed in the original booking that require cleaning. Based on size and scope.

3. Add-On Services

   • Prices are shown on the Booking page-                                   Services such as, inside oven cleaning, window cleaning, fridge cleaning, or upholstery cleaning. 

4. Heavier-Than-Expected Build-Up

   • Flat Fee: ~$40–$80                                                                 Based on severity and the additional time/supplies required.Excessive dirt, dust, grease, or grime beyond typical deep cleaning levels, requiring additional time or supplies.                                                                                          5.  Stair Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning Needs-
